Payment

When shopping on Melante.am, you can pay either by cashless payment or in cash. Melante.am collaborates with ArmEconomBank OJSC. All payments are processed through the partner bank. Cashless payments are made via ArmEconomBank OJSC’s payment system. The following cards are accepted: ArCa, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Cash payments are made in Armenian drams (AMD) and are only available in Yerevan upon delivery.

Delivery

We offer a delivery service.

The company delivers orders within 3 business days from the moment the order is received.

• Minimum order amount: 5000 AMD

• For orders between 5000-15,000 AMD: Delivery fee is 1000 AMD

• For orders of 15,000 AMD and above: Delivery is free

Delivery to regions of Armenia

Orders are delivered via HayPost, following their shipping rates. Delivery takes 3 business days from the moment the order is received.

International Delivery

International orders are delivered within up to 30 business days from the moment the order is received. The shipping cost depends on the rates set by the respective courier service at the time of delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Purchased products can be returned or exchanged in the following cases:

Within Yerevan – if the product is not liked upon delivery, it can be returned to the courier immediately. Payments made by cashless methods are refunded to the card:

• For Armenian cards – within 3 business days.
• For foreign cards – within 6 business days.

Return or exchange of products in proper condition is possible within 14 days, provided that the receipt and tags are intact.

• To process the return or exchange, you need to contact the online department operator via call, Facebook Messenger, Instagram (Direct), or WhatsApp.
• The courier will collect the product at a pre-arranged time.
• Refunds for cashless payments are processed within the same time frame: 3 business days for Armenian cards, 6 business days for foreign cards.

Returns via HayPost or international delivery services are possible within 14 days from the moment the order is received, provided that the customer contacts us.

• If the customer does not contact us within 30 days after receiving the order, the transaction is considered completed, and returns are no longer possible.
• Refunds are processed after we receive the product, provided it is in proper condition and includes the receipt and tags.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs according to the applicable rates.

Exchanges via HayPost or international delivery services are possible within 14 days from the moment the order is received, provided the customer contacts us.

• If the customer does not contact us within 30 days, the transaction is considered completed, and exchanges are no longer possible.
• A new product will be shipped only after we receive and verify the returned item.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping and the shipping of the new product according to the applicable rates.
