This services agreement (hereinafter referred to as Order) is made between You (hereinafter Visitor, User) (the person who has an access or uses “melante.am” website (hereinafter Site)) and “melante-97” LTD (hereinafter melante). In this Order, any reference to “We”, “Our”, “Us” refers to melante, and any reference to “You”, “Your” refers to Visitor.
Your access to and use of the services of the Site are regulated by the Order and You are required to agree to the provisions of the Order.
When filling out applications on the Site or subscribing to the Newsletter, the Customer undertakes to fill in reliable data. The personal information provided by the User is used in accordance with the conditions set forth in the Privacy Policy.
melante may modify the Order as well as discontinue, withdraw, replace or change any content, products or services offered via the Site, with or without cause and with or without notice, and Your continued access and use of the Site thereafter constitutes Your acceptance of such changes. New conditions for using the Site are mandatory from the moment of their publication.
In case of disputes, the Parties are obliged to initiate an out-of-court settlement procedure based on a written or e-mail application of the claimant, the deadline of which is two weeks from the moment of submitting the claimant's application. Disputes related to the use of the Site are within the jurisdiction of the Court of General Jurisdiction of the city of Yerevan.

”melante” name and logotype are registered trademarks and are protected by the legislation of RA. All materials on the Site (including images, texts, all visual and wirtten materials) are copyrighted by the melante Publishing House. However, the written content of the Site is considered an open-source information, provided to users and other target audiences as needed, except the intellectual property owned by third parties as a sole proprietor or proprietors.
Modification, reproduction and translation of written materials are allowed with the indication of the source (website "melante.am").
